Perhaps one of the most unusual fiction pieces I've ever read. Characters: Irish,- Setting: Post-Civil War in the West. Various social classes of immigrant Irish come to the US - fight in the Civil War then continue their "search for life, love and all things Irish. Even the last page carries a wallop. An engrossing tale of an ill-fated love triangle that has its roots in Gypsy tradition and the history of flamenco dancing. Cyndi Rao gives us the outsider's view who longs to belong to this ancient way of life. Love, conflict, jealousy whirl around the art of dance. A beautiful read. Reviewed by Connie
Interest-grabbing historical fiction about being the "other" sister. So much today is researched and written about the middle child. Can you imagine being the Boleyn middle child and having the possible heir to England's throne within your power! A GREAT WHAT IF! Reviewed by Susan
